Who I Am
Personal trainer with 25 years of experience, specialized in
the impact of stress on the body, nutrition, and the mind.
After working with all kinds of people from athletes
to sedentary individuals with chronic fatigue I understood
that no real change happens unless the body and mind
are addressed as one system.
That’s why I created INTILAQ: a practical, science-based
program that combines physical training, functional nutrition,
and neuroscience tools, together with emotional intelligence, to help you regain energy, consistency, and results.
